Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading

If you are a team leader or co-ordinator, the ILM Introductory Certificate in Team Leading will give you an excellent introduction to building, motivating, and leading an effective team.
The programme of learning looks at ways to plan work effectively, identify risks, approach problems and communicate effectively with other team members.

In order to achieve the qualification you must:

• Undertake a 2-hour induction
• Complete one mandatory segment
• Complete five further segments from a choice of nine options available
• Complete a Personal Development Record
• Complete a short knowledge assessment and associated tutorial support of 2 hours
