ILM Level 3 Award in First Line Management
If you have little or no formal management training or are returning to work following a career break, the ILM Practical Manager Award is a great way to develop your understanding of modern management techniques and gain a nationally recognised qualification while you learn.
With more than thirty courses to choose from, you’ll get a good grounding in a wide range of management theory and practice – from managing conflict in the workplace to effective delegation, from working with costs and budgets to planning and delivering business presentations.
The learning is flexible so you can focus on developing the skills and knowledge that are most relevant to your own particular job.
