ILM Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading

The ILM Team Leading Certificate is a great way to broaden your understanding of effective team leadership and and gain a nationally recognised qualification while you learn.

As you work towards the Certificate, you’ll learn about the latest management thinking across a wide range of team leading skills – from leading the work team lawfully to managing diversity in the workplace, from using resources efficiently to communicating with people outside the team.

The learning is flexible so you can focus on developing the skills and knowledge that are most relevant to your own particular job. You’ll complete three compulsory units – Developing Yourself as a Team Leader, Motivating the Work Team to Perform and Planning and Monitoring Work. Then, you can choose from a range of more than twenty available courses to achieve a valid combination of optional segments required for the qualification.
