Whether you already lead a team at work, or are hoping to move into team leadership, an ILM Team Leading Award is a great way to develop the skills you need to build, motivate and lead an effective team – and gain a nationally recognised qualification while you learn.

As you work towards the Award, you’ll learn about the latest management thinking across a wide range of team leading skills – from dealing with change in the workplace to planning and monitoring work, from coaching your team to maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

You’ll complete one compulsory unit – Developing Yourself as a Team Leader – and then choose from a range of more than twenty available courses to achieve a valid combination of optional segments required for the qualification.
