This course will give you the skills you need to use the powerful tools in Outlook to send email quickly and efficiently and to organise your workload at home or at work.
It begins by showing you how to attach documents to an email and how to send large files. Then you’ll learn how to use the Outlook address book to record contact information and how to set up a distribution list to make emailing faster and simpler. You’ll explore how to manage your inbox, how to deal with spam and how to avoid viruses. And you’ll learn how to use the Calendar to schedule activities and how the Task Manager and Notes facilities can help to keep you organised.
