Create excellent letters and documents by learning how to use Microsoft Word 2003.
Give your documents the impact they deserve. Learn how to create documents that contain formatted text, columns, tables and graphics. Use the application to check that your spelling and grammar is accurate.
Perhaps you want to send out personalised letters or documents to a range of people? Learn how to use mail merge to help with mail shots and then find out how to print out your work.
Practise makes perfect, so use and improve your new skills by doing the regular exercises and assignments contained throughout the course. If you need some practice with your keyboard skills you can also take Keyboard A-Z (KAZ) included in the course, this will help to improve your touch typing and keyboard skills.
