This course will help you understand your responsibilities when dealing with your customers.
You’ll look at the way your organisation approaches its legal responsibilities, and how they affect you and your team.
You’ll explore customers’ rights in detail, and cover some of the law covering the supply of goods and services, including the Trade Descriptions Act (1968). You’ll explore what happens when the laws in this area aren’t upheld.
Many organisations make a point of giving customers more than the legal minimum of rights. You’ll be shown ways of exceeding your customers’ expectations in this area. You will also cover the procedures you should follow if a problem occurs.
