This course examines the types of information managers use. It explores why some information is confidential and your role in maintaining confidentiality. You will also learn some of the law covering confidentiality.
You’ll look at the different types of computer hardware used to store information and how to select the best one for the job. You’ll learn how to use databases and spreadsheets to retrieve information, how to store information using files and folders, and you’ll also look at some of the health and safety aspects of using computers.
