Effective communication helps create effective working relationships. This course looks at the skills that you need to communicate well.
You’ll look at the importance of active listening, asking questions and using appropriate language.
As a team leader or manager, you have a responsibility to communicate information to others in your organisation. You’ll learn about the importance of consulting, including how and when it should be done.
You may also need to communicate with your customers. This course will help you identify who your customers are, what is important to them, and how to frame information in order to persuade and influence them. The course also covers handling confidential information.
