This course equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to manage diversity in the workplace.
It explains what is meant by discrimination and harassment and helps you to recognise it in the workplace. Learn how to deal with discrimination, and better still, how to prevent it occurring.
You’ll look at equal opportunities legislation and how it applies to you and your team.
You’ll consider how you work with other people, especially your fellow team members, and why it is important to have effective working relationships. You’ll also explore ethics and values and what happens when clashes in values occur.
