No matter how careful you are, problems in the workplace always occur. This course will help you to avoid problems, and find solutions when they arise.
You can avoid problems through effective planning, being better organised and setting SMART objectives.
You’ll be shown how to identify problems and then deal with root causes. Problem-solving often involves gathering relevant information and making the right decisions based on accurate and relevant information. You’ll be shown ways of retrieving information quickly and easily and, if the problem relates to your customers, you’ll be shown how to analyse and present customer data.
You’ll move on to look at creativity in problem-solving, generating action plans to deal with complex problems and monitoring and revising your action plans inline with changing circumstances.
