The most effective managers possess excellent one-to-one communication skills. This course explores the ways in which you interact with individual members of your team and offers techniques to improve your one-to-one communication.
You'll learn how good preparation can improve one-to-one communication, explore the role of body language in communication and discover the best ways to communicate in formal and informal situations.
There’s an extended section covering interview situations. You’ll learn how to structure interviews and use questioning and active listening techniques to gather information and build a rapport with the interviewee.
