This course looks at different aspects of influencing others at work. You’ll look at the benefits of networking and learn how to build and maintain a network of contacts.
You’ll also learn new skills to help you to listen more effectively and interpret non-verbal communication such as inflection, tone and body language.
The course also looks at verbal and non-verbal techniques you can use to persuade people to accept your ideas. You’ll learn how to interpret and use information to make sound business decisions and look at how to minimise resistance when negotiating and find compromises.
