In business, ‘quality’ is more than a word to describe how good your product or service is – it covers a whole range of important systems and disciplines.
This course will help you make quality a reality within your company. It introduces concepts like quality assurance, total quality management and continuous improvement.
You’ll learn how you can contribute to managing quality in your organisation, and how to establish simple quality control systems.
You’ll also find out how to work towards accreditation with bodies such as the British Standards Institute (BSI) and the International Organisation for Standards (ISO).
