Recruiting the right staff is one of the most important tasks facing a first line manager. This course will equip you with the skills you need to manage the whole selection process professionally.

You’ll learn how to carry out a job analysis, advertise your vacancy, create a shortlist of applicants, choose the correct ways to assess them, and conduct effective interviews.
