You’ll look at the importance of diversity, the benefits it can bring, and the issues involved in managing a diverse workforce. You’ll also learn about the statutory legal requirements for fair employment in the UK.
You’ll go on to look at your role in maintaining discipline and enforcing the rules that apply to your team. You’ll also cover the main aspects of formal disciplinary and grievance procedures.
