Communications Media
There are many ways to communicate at work - telephone, fax, face to face conversations, letters, e-mail, the Intranet - even video conferencing! Communications Media will help you to identify the main communications options available to you at work, to assess the strengths and weaknesses of each one and to choose the most effective medium in any given situation. You will also learn how to communicate more effectively using body language and visual aids and to recognise the importance of feedback in the communication process.
