The focus of this course is very firmly on YOU! Don't get left behind, take your own self-development as seriously as you take the development of your staff. This course will help you to analyse and define the requirements of your job and to assess whether your current skills are on track. You'll learn how to seek out feedback about your performance - and how to respond to it constructively! You will identify your own development needs and create a personal Development Plan to bring your skills up to speed.
