Understanding Quality
In business, "quality" is much more than a word to describe how good your product or service is - it's a broad term, covering a whole range of important systems and disciplines. Understanding Quality is an excellent introduction to the concept of quality in business. During the course, you'll explore different aspects of quality at work - the quality of the product, quality control, quality assurance, total quality management and continuous improvement. The course also explains the role of quality systems and standards such as the British Standards Institute (BSI) and the International Organisation for Standards (ISO).
