Planning Development
An important part of any Team Leader or Supervisory role is to ensure that each team member can fulfil his or her personal career potential. This course will help learners to identify the training and development needs for individual team members and illustrates how a personal development plan can motivate employees and improve performance. It offers guidance on selecting appropriate training methods and supporting team members during the learning process.
