The most effective managers possess excellent one-to-one communication skills. This course explores the different ways in which you interact with individual members of your team and offers new techniques to improve your one-to-one communication.
You'll learn how good preparation can improve one-to-one communication, explore the role of body language in communication and discover the best ways to communicate in both formal and informal situations. The course also provides you with the skills you need to run successful one-to-one counselling, disciplinary and grievance interviews.
