Around 3% of UK residents don’t speak English as their first language [1]. Simple tasks like asking for directions, making a doctor's appointment or talking to your child's teacher can all be hard if you struggle to speak and understand English.
Welcome To English will make your day-to-day life in Britain easier. The course focuses on the words and sentences you need to talk about your family, look after your health and manage your money. You’ll also learn the key English words you need to make yourself understood at school, at the shops and when using public transport. By the time you finish the course, you’ll be more confident about speaking, understanding and writing English in many everyday situations.
