Make or Break - Starting Your Business
Congratulations - you have decided to start your own business!
Following the successes and setbacks of five real-life start-up companies, Make or Break - Starting Your Business is an excellent course for anyone planning to branch out on their own. It explores five of the most important issues facing any new venture.
In "The Big Idea", you'll learn how to draw up a realistic business plan. "Sales and Marketing" looks at how to research your target market and different ways to sell your new product or service. "Finance" considers ways to raise the money you need to get your idea off the ground and how best to manage your money once you have started trading. In "People and Skills" you'll look at the skills you, and any employees you recruit, will need for you to be successful in business. Finally, "Suppliers, Contractors and Regulation" explores how to get off on the right foot with suppliers and contractors and the range of statutory regulations you must take into account when starting your business.
Make or Break - Starting Your Business helps you to plan ahead so that the dream of working for yourself can become a reality!
