Key Skills Primer - Communication
important [1]. If you want to get ahead at work, it’s vital that you can communicate clearly and confidently with both colleagues and customers.
Key Skills Primer – Communication Skills explores the key communication skills that you use everyday. The course is divided into three parts, each focusing on a different area of communication. In the Speaking and Listening section, you’ll learn how to listen to others, how to speak clearly and how to take part in a discussion. In the Reading section, you’ll explore different styles of writing, learn how to make notes and practise using a dictionary. And in the Writing section, you’ll learn all about spelling, punctuation, and using paragraphs.
If you work in training or education, this course may provide evidence for your Key Skills qualification. You can also try the tests at the end to help you prepare for the National Key Skills tests.
