Harness the power of the Internet to communicate effectively at business and at home. Surf the World Wide Web (WWW) to access the wealth of services and information it contains.
In this course you will learn; how to use a Web browser, how to find web sites and information and how to build a list of your favourite websites.
Additionally you will learn how to use your e-mail system and to communicate over the internet using mail groups and chatrooms using Microsoft Outlook 2000. Learn how to send and receive e-mails, forward mail, send attachments such as photos and documents, maintain an address book of all your contacts and add your signature to each e-mail.
Practise makes perfect, so use and improve your new skills by doing the regular exercises and assignments contained throughout the course.
