According to The Spelling Society, 7 million British adults struggle with spelling. That’s because English is one of the most complicated and illogical languages in the world. But whether you’re writing a business letter to a customer or a note to your child’s teacher, it’s vital that you get the spelling right if you want to be taken seriously.
Spelling It Out explores the basic rules of English spelling. You’ll learn how to spell the words that obey the rules – and the words that don’t. You’ll identify common spelling mistakes and learn how to avoid making them. And you’ll be shown how to use a dictionary and a computer spell checker to help you get it right first time, every time.
