You’ll learn how to listen and work out what people are saying, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. You’ll explore how to respond to different types of questions, how to change your tone to suit different situations and how to present your ideas in a logical order. You’ll discover the difference between an argument and a debate and you’ll learn how to get your point across whilst respecting the opinions of others.
